Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in computer science, information technology, or a related subject.
- Strong talent for technology and problem-solving. Strong interest in it.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Teamwork and commitment to common objectives are qualities of a team player.
- Ability to learn new skills and adjust to project needs and new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Assist in providing clients with technical support, including issue resolution and troubleshooting.
- Solution Design: Work together with the Solutions Engineering team to create custom technology solutions for customers.
- Product Demonstrations: Participate in the development and delivery of product demonstrations that highlight our solutions for prospective customers.
- Documentation: Participate in the development and upkeep of technical manuals and guidelines.
- Learning and Research: Keep abreast of market developments and technological advances while undertaking research to meet project requirements.
- Collaboration: To achieve successful solution delivery, closely collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Customer interaction: Talk to customers to learn about their needs and offer technical support.
