Role Overview:
Since the L2 associate serves as the main point of contact between Amazon and our delivery partners, you are Amazon to them. It is required of L2 Associates to recognise DP problems, solve delivery partner difficulties, and provide recommendations for process improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completion of any specialisation requirements at an accredited university.
- Outstanding linguistic communication abilities, both written and spoken.
- Capacity to interact with all clients in a clear and accurate manner
- Strong understanding abilities: the capacity to comprehend and articulate the problems that clients raise
- Capacity to focus and pursue customers’ concerns through to resolution
- Perform well both alone and in a collaborative setting.
- Comfort level with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows XP
- Superb typing abilities
- Shows that they can explore webpages with ease.
- Exhibits a thorough understanding of email applications
- Background in logistics and experience in a related position
- Well-versed in Excel
Responsibilities:
- Always communicate clearly and professionally in order to achieve effectiveness.
- Offers/accelerates timely and effective support to Amazon clients and delivery partners.
- Report sensitive cases to the escalation matrix in an efficient manner.
