Eligibility Criteria:
- Basic understanding of web technologies, operations systems, and networking
- MS Office basics and mobile app knowledge
- Strong communication abilities
- Exemplary customer service abilities
- Able to pick things up quickly and follow document procedures
Responsibilities:
- learn about modern collaboration and productivity tools
- Work with senior members of the collaboration team
- To resolve customer tickets, adhere to the document process.
- Work with suppliers and senior team members to fix complex problems
Skills Required:
- Rapid learner
- Able to work well with others on the team
- Ability to follow procedures that are documented and have good communication skills
- Majoring in information systems
