Data Science and analytics expertise; 0–2 years of experience
Cross-functional working proficiency and good business analytics
Prior service experience will be beneficial. exposure to financial and operational data
Effective communicator (able to explain analyses and make presentations).

Excellent at analysing both operational and financial data
Proven ability to work with huge data sets and statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to modify data and extract insights.
Understanding of the benefits and downsides of various machine learning approaches, such as clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.
Experience with applications and knowledge of sophisticated statistical principles and procedures (such as regression, the characteristics of distributions, the right use of statistical tests, etc.).
To optimise and improve product development, marketing tactics, and business plans, mine and analyse data from company databases.
Evaluate the efficacy and veracity of fresh data sources and data collection methods.
Create unique data models and algorithms to use with data sets.
The capacity to multitask while adhering to deadlines and standards of quality
Explain difficult facts in business terms and offer suggestions
Strong verbal and written communication abilities for team coordination.
A desire to acquire and master new skills and methodologies.
The ability to derive business insights from data, convey them to business, and extract intelligence from it
