Responsibilities:
- Having a functional understanding of the client’s request.
- Executing tasks effectively.
- Inform the lead of any clarifications, problems, or concerns regarding the work product.
- Respect for the schedule and deadlines.
- Maintain productive working (interpersonal) relationships with teammates and superiors.
- Follow the policies and procedures of the organisation.
- Participate in organisational and project efforts that are being guided by the Delivery leadership.
- Make sure that jobs are properly categorised and prioritised.
- Maintain the established process while carrying out the task.
- As needed, provide recurring task level updates.
- Documentation.
- Assisting in the creation of documentation on project-specific processes and workflows for applications specific to a customer.
- Making reports that are application-specific.
- For instance, SLA KPI reports performance elements, the daily volume of completed transactions, the percentage of successful transactions, etc.
- taking part in weekly calls and daily standup calls
- Creating weekly and monthly reports for clients with participation.
- Learning,Training.
- Gaining knowledge from various sources about the specifics of the quality procedures and practises used in the project.
- Learning about client application suites, technology stacks utilised in the client environment, and client-specific processes and tools (such Quality Centre JIRA) by going through project-specific papers and boot camps.
- To become proficient in project level knowledge, participate in any Knowledge Transition seminars held inside the project.
- Obtaining domain, technical, and project relationship certifications.
