Responsibilities:
1 Analysis of Requirements:
a Knowledge of the functional elements of the client’s request
2 Effective Workflow Management:
a Communicate any questions, concerns, or explanations about the work output to the lead as soon as possible. b Schedule and timeframe adherence.
c Continue to have productive professional relationships (interpersonal) with managers and other team members.
d Follow the guidelines and policies of the organisation.
e Take part in organisational and project activities that the delivery leadership leads.
f Make sure that jobs are categorised and prioritised appropriately.
g Follow the established procedure for carrying out the task.
h Send out updates on a task-level periodic basis as needed.
3 Record-keeping:
Helping to create documentation on apps particular to clients, as well as project- and process-specific workflows
b. Making reports that are application-specific For example:
reports on SLA KPIs, performance elements:
daily processing volume, number of successful transactions, etc.
4 Involvement in Calls and Status Reporting:
taking part in weekly calls and daily standup calls
b Contributing to the weekly and monthly reports that are produced for clients.
5 Education / Instruction:
a Gaining knowledge of the specifics of the project’s quality procedures and practises from various sources
b. learning about client application suites, technology stacks utilised in the client environment, and client-specific procedures and tools (such as Quality Centre, JIRA) by going through project-specific documentation and bootcamps.
b Participate in any Knowledge Transition sessions held throughout the project to advance your understanding of project-level concepts.
d Finishing the project relationship, technical, and domain training and certifications.
