Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational prowess.
Strong writing and research abilities.
Knowledge and interest in public policy, encompassing legislation, governmental structures, and financial oversight.
Self-starter having the capacity to pick things up quickly and with little guidance in a hectic setting.
Able to exercise critical judgement and generate original ideas.
Eager to acquire new skills, particularly in the context of many public policy domains (US relations, foreign policy, thought leadership/engagement, etc.).
Strong project management abilities required to support multiple teams within the Policy group.

Work on a range of issues pertaining to international or US policy, rules and regulations, thought leadership, and community involvement.
The Policy team is working on draughts of talk points, white papers, presentations, social media postings, short and long form pieces, and white papers.
Carry out studies that advance important policy goals and represent the priorities of the policy team.
Condense and disseminate the internal Policy team viewpoint on important problems.
Assist with important deliverables such as data compilation, proofreading, drafting, and other support tasks required to complete important policy projects.
Assist in the management of several distinct projects pertaining to content production, stakeholder engagement, government outreach, regulatory affairs, and internal operations both inside the Policy team and with its cross-functional partners.
