Eligibility Criteria:
- Executive beat CS. The student needs 21 months of training.
Responsibilities:
Help the corporate secretarial staff by:
- Accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations and the Companies Act of 2013.
- Completing and submitting the necessary paperwork and returns to the ROC.
- Shareholder communication
- Process of paying dividends
- Preparations for board, committee, and shareholder meetings
- Investigating and monitoring alterations to corporate legislation.
Skills Required:
- A strong grasp of both written and spoken English
- Show self-control and effective time management.
- Self-starter who excels under pressure and can handle several tasks
