About Internship:
Within the DPEP Technology organisation, we are recruiting for several summer internships in technology. Our technical teams work out of many offices. The Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products (DPEP) Technology & Digital Team combines original ideas with specialised technological solutions to create applications that improve every facet of the visitor experience. From one of the most technologically advanced hotel reservation systems in the world to Disney Cruise Line onboard systems, member services for the Disney Vacation Club, ticketing, Genie+, PhotoPass and even inventory programmes to make sure we have the proper number of cast costumes. In order to create a high-caliber product and enjoy collaborating directly with business partners on both strategic and tactical problems, DPEP Technology is looking for forward-thinking team members.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software, electrical or electronics engineering, or a related field of study, and returning to school after the internship. Currently enrolled as an undergraduate at an authorised institution or university.
- Must be currently enrolled in a Disney College Programme or a Disney Internship at the time of application, or be currently enrolled in at least one class at an accredited college or university during the semester or quarter (spring or fall) prior to participation in the internship programme.
- Age requirement of at least 18 years.
- Must not have worked continuously for a year on a Disney internship or programme.
- A valid work permit with no restrictions.
Additional Information:
- All interns are responsible for finding their own housing and transportation throughout the internship.
- Interns must be completely available from May/June through August/September 2024 for the duration of the programme. Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week of work is required of interns.
