Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably in electronics, computer science, telecommunications, or another related field
- Knowledge of network architecture in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile telecommunications technologies, as well as principles of telephony switching, transport networks, access networks, traffic concepts, telecommunication networks, and signalling, as well as voice and data flows, is essential.
- KPI fix, KPI degradation, and KPI formulas
- Abilities for analysis and synthesis
- Solid understanding of multivendor telecommunications equipment operation and repair
- Excellent knowledge of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies
- Understanding and practical experience with scripting
- Thorough understanding of customer segmentation and services
- Performance and configuration parameters for the core and access networks, including their interpretation and application.
- Experience in automation is strategically essential, so take responsibility for delivering services that our customers will value and spread.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain solutions based on potential automation use cases.
- Look into the potential causes of issues with the automation components.
- Enhance and promote recovery procedures
- provide domain knowledge to the automated operations team and domain support
- Give the analytics and automation team domain knowledge to support the use cases for analytics and automation
- Create, keep up with, and enhance automated service delivery methodologies.
- Analyse trends to proactively find potential failures. As a result of its own analysis, or when prompted by automated operations or domain support Service Function processes, this shall ensure restoration and repair.
- Ensure that Ericsson meets the agreed-upon change request (specification) and works with the customer to deliver a technical solution, assuring that changes are correctly implemented without having an adverse effect on the service’s availability.
