Job Description:
In your role as a Technical Solutions Analyst I, you will be expected to gather data, use troubleshooting tools, shadow end users, test workflows both internally and externally, and conduct troubleshooting investigations and reviews of front-end applications.
Additionally, you will use backend techniques to conduct troubleshooting investigations by logging files, querying tables, changing database fields, and cycling or updating servers. You will interact with clients and internal stakeholders in writing and vocally in an efficient manner.
During the course of an investigation, you will also record notes, actions, conclusions, and other knowledge articles. Work-related seriousness and urgency will be given priority, and you’ll balance customer and company demands. Additionally, you will work together inside and between teams to make sure the right people are handling issues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct further in-depth troubleshooting investigations by gathering data, employing troubleshooting tools, observing end users, and testing both internal and external workflows while examining front-end apps.
- Utilise back-end techniques to carry out more intricate troubleshooting investigations by logging files, querying tables, changing database fields, and restarting or modifying servers.
- Determine the severity and urgency of each task you do, as well as others’, and balance the needs of your clients and your company in complicated circumstances.
- Work together among teams and the organisation to make sure the right people are handling complicated challenges.
- Keep track of notes, actions, decisions, and further knowledge articles as an investigation progresses.
