Responsibilities:
Process for wiring harnesses and data gathering:
- Calibration of cable theoretical vs. actual weight – At the moment, cable weight varies from supplier to supplier, so this inter would need to go to the supplier and disassemble the cable to measure the copper’s actual weight.
- Cycle time study for higher runner parts: This intern’s task will be to visit the supplier and conduct a cycle time study for higher runner parts.
