  • Position: Associate – Customer Service
  • Location: Chennai, India
  • Qualification: 12th Pass, Diploma, Any Graduate
  • Batch: Any
  • Experience: Fresher
  • Salary: Min 25K Per Month (Expected)
  • Last Date: As soon as Possible

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate / Higher Secondary / 3 years Diploma

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to chats and technical requests
  • Manage incoming chat conversations, including ongoing chat sessions, with technicians.
  • Enter the necessary orders in the computer system.
  • Information on products and services, including technical support and troubleshooting guidance, should be made available to technicians.
  • Determine, investigate, and address technician issues or requests as trained
  • Transfer contacts to the proper staff as needed, per your training
  • Notes, reports, and logs should be recorded in the appropriate account. Team Managers should be informed of trends and technical issues.
  • While providing excellent service, meet the contractual goals and metrics for the client.
  • Make suggestions for process upgrades
  • Observe the assigned schedule and the attendance guidelines
  • other tasks that management assigns
