- Salary: Min 25K Per Month (Expected)

Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate / Higher Secondary / 3 years Diploma
Responsibilities:
- Respond to chats and technical requests
- Manage incoming chat conversations, including ongoing chat sessions, with technicians.
- Enter the necessary orders in the computer system.
- Information on products and services, including technical support and troubleshooting guidance, should be made available to technicians.
- Determine, investigate, and address technician issues or requests as trained
- Transfer contacts to the proper staff as needed, per your training
- Notes, reports, and logs should be recorded in the appropriate account. Team Managers should be informed of trends and technical issues.
- While providing excellent service, meet the contractual goals and metrics for the client.
- Make suggestions for process upgrades
- Observe the assigned schedule and the attendance guidelines
- other tasks that management assigns
