Talent Acquisition Internship

Eligibility Criteria:
- Excel and other MS Office tools must be mastered.
- Those who are from Bangalore, are available for a full-time internship.
- Can begin the internship right away.
- Available for a period of three to six months
- Possess appropriate interests and skills.
- Jira or Lever experience would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring candidate pipeline trackers, organising and scheduling interviews, and managing TA operations for the hiring team. This also includes document gathering and verification.
- The ability to coordinate with key stakeholders to assure their weekly availability for meetings and/or interviews, as well as having an eye for detail.
- Helping our team by organising phone, in-person, and Zoom interviews.
- The capacity to effectively investigate candidates through social media channels and map them.
- To achieve operational excellence, the applicant database must be kept up-to-date. Reports must also be produced, and data cuts occasionally provided.
