Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers can apply; those with 0–1 years of prior similar experience are preferred.
- Required to be a graduate or postgraduate.
- Preferable recruitment experience in a large, quickly expanding organisation.
- Effective communication skills with candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Work together with all parties involved by demonstrating a strong employee/candidate/alumni orientation.
- Scheduling and organising candidate interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Arranging for the full interviewing procedure.
- Managing online recruitment drives and events.
- Creating job postings, helping with resume and application screening, and giving candidates useful feedback
- The creation of reports and dashboards, and the updating of data as required.
About the Role:
You will collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team as an HR intern and assist in managing the hiring process for our various open positions. Working with numbers will give you a sense of what a metrics-driven team is like. Additionally, you’ll assist the team in creating dashboards and reports.
