Responsibilities:

  • Be in charge of providing the main user assistance and customer care.
    • Answer all inquiries from the client’s calls, emails, chats, and portal.
    • Learn about each client’s specific apps and processes.
    • Learn the essential controls for regularly used hardware, software, and other devices.
    • By accurately recording all service desk tickets using the designated tracking software, adhere to established service desk operational procedures.
    • Make sure the scorecard is kept in accordance with the SoW with regard to TAT, SLA, and hits.
    • Manage all requests or escalate them if necessary in accordance with the established help desk policies and guidelines.
  • Management of regular MIS and resolution logs for questions raised
    • Log occurrences, issues, and how they were resolved.
    • Follow up with customers and keep them informed of their status.
    • Send any consumer comments, ideas, or escalations to the relevant internal team.
    • Determine where processes, procedures, etc. could want improvement.
